Complaints Management Conference, Curtin University WA (Dec 2013)

Colleagues, this looks interesting …..

I am sure we have all attended conferences where we have been ‘spoken at’ and have left with a very limited number of ‘new tools’ to use in the workplace.  The Complaints Management Conference has been designed to move away from this model and will instead provide delegates with an opportunity to become involved, to ‘walk the talk’ and to learn practical skills for application in the workplace.

The area of complaints handling can be complex and cause concern for those tasked with undertaking investigations relating to misconduct.  This conference is intended to reduce that anxiety and to provide practical solutions to issues that may arise.  The Complaints Management Conference will enable you to share and gain experience and knowledge of procedural fairness, natural justice, complaints handling systems and bullying.

It is being held at Curtin University, Western Australia, on Monday 2 December and Tuesday 3 December 2013
